    2 oz Boca ground beef or Morning star meat crumbles(MUST be frozen, holds together better)

    1 egg

    3 Saltine crackers

    Dash of garlic powder

    Dash of Italian seasoning


In a small mixing bowl, crush three crackers into tiny bits. Crack the egg and mix together. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning and mix again. Gets alittle messy here, as you pour in your meat crumbles, and form into little balls. They can't be left long, as the crumbles thaw, it'll fall apart, so they have to go right into the pan. I prefer alittle veggie oil on medium heat. brown them on all sides. Serve.
