Ingredients

    16 ounce carton liquid egg whites
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
    2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. whey protein powder
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup quick cook quaker oats
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 cups soy flour
    2 tsp almond oil
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

mix dry ingredients together first, then add wet and mix well. Makes 30 medium pancakes or 30 muffins. Cook muffins at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done. Eat with just a little fruit spread or fruit and cool whip. Yummy!
