Ingredients

    Canola oil 2 tsp
    Extra-Lean ground beef 1lb
    Finely chopped onion 1/2 cup
    Galic clove, minced 1 (1/4 tsp garlic powder)

    Can of red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 14 oz
    Low-sodium prepared beef broth 1/4 cup

    Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
    Chopped fresh dill 1Tbsp (3/4 tsp dried)
    Whole Wheat flour tortillas(9 inch) 4

    Chopped english cucumber 3/4 cup
    Chopped tomato 3/4 cup
    Crumbled light Feta cheese or mozza cheddar shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

Heat canola oil in a large frying pan on medium-high. Add next 3 ingredients. Scramble - fry for about 8 minutes until beef is no longer pink and onions softened.

Mash half of beans with fork on a small plate. Add to beef mixture. Add remaining beans and broth. Heat and stir until hot. Remove from heat.

Combine yogurt and dill in a smal bowl. Spread on tortillas, almost to edge. Spoon beed mixture down centre of tortillas.

Sprinkle with remaining 3 ingredients. Fold bottom ends of tortillas over filling. Fold in sides, leaving top ends open.
Makes 4 wraps
