This recipe is made with whatever is left in the fridge.very versatile, u can replace with different vege as u please.main ingredient is rice and minced chicken.Suitable for people with limited time to cook.If the rice has been cooked before hand(leftovers) will be even faster! Ingredients

3cups cooked white rice
1cup minced chicken
3 stalks celery,chopped
1/2cup frozen peas
1/2cup frozen corn kernels
3 Thai bird chilli
1medium onion,sliced
3clove garlic,minced
salt & pepper to taste
1 cube maggi chicken stock / 1/4cup chicken broth
Directions
makes 3 servings
1) Heat oil in wok,fry garlic till golden brown.
2) Add onions and saute till soft
3) Stir in chopped chillies
4) Add minced chiken and chicken broth and stir- fry till chicken meat is cooked
5) Add few spoons of water,then add peas & corn
6) Stir and mix well,till peas is slightly tender,
then add chopped celery
7) Add cooked rice and mix well.if it gets too dry,
add few spoons of water
7) Season with salt & pepper
8) Serve while still hot & steaming.
