    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 ounces Cubed ham
    2 TBSP Green Bell pepper
    2 TBSPn chopped onion
    1/2 TBSP olive oil


Mix all the above ingredients together and cook together until egg is done. Place in wrap and enjoy.
