Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground turkey/chicken
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 large egg white
    1/4 cup nonfat milk

    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    olive oil spray

Directions

Makes 16 meatballs. Mix all ingredients together in bowl then place on preheated cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil. Bake at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes until they are firm to the touch.

    They were pretty dry, I would suggest adding a small amount of your favorite pasta sauce in with them while you mix the ingredients. You will need to add less milk, but it will be well worth it! The flavor was good though! - 7/9/09
