Number of Servings: 6

    Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Maple syrup, 1 tbsp
    Dijon mustard, 2 tsp
    Garlic, about three cloves minced
A hot sauce is optional, about 3 to 4 tsp

I mix this sauce and then stirfry a bunch of veggies in it and serve it over rice. It's great!

I am making this tonight. It smells wonderful already. I didn't have enough soy sauce so I used about 1 ounce of soy sauce and made up the rest with white cooking wine. That cuts the sodium down a lot too. - 7/10/09

  • A staple stir-fry sauce...I would definitely make this again. I used low sodium soy sauce just to cut the salt a little. - 5/5/09
