Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Shredded Lettuce (by in bag to save time)
    2 or 3 Ripe Roma Tomatoes Chopped
    1 medium Red Onion Chopped
    1 medium Bell Pepper Chopped
    1 can of Sweet Corn
    1 can of Pinto Beans
    2 cups of Low Fat French Salad Dressing (can substitute salsa if preferred)
    26 Baked Tostitos Chips Crushed
    1 cup of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded


Directions

Dice tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion
Drain Corn and Pinto Beans
Crush Baked Tortilla chips
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss

Your favorite salsa can be substituted in place of the dressing.
