Ingredients

    2 avocados
    1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
    0.25 c chopped tomatoes (preferrably cherry or grape tomatoes)
    0.5 tsp (one sliced ring) chopped jalapeno
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

(note: the easiest way to dice an avocado is to cut it in half, remove the seed, criss cross cut the fruit while still in the skin, then use a spoon to scoop the pre-diced bits out.) mash. add lime juce and vinegar and mix. add onion, tomatoes, jalapeno, and spices. mix again. add or subtract chopped jalapeno or chili powder for more or less kick...
