Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. Romaine lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped or sliced vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.
    1/4 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 c. frozen corn, thawed
    2 oz. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. shredded cheese

    1 T. fresh salsa
    1 T. ranch dressing

    1/4 avocado, cut into chunks
    1/2 oz. tortilla chips, crumbled

Directions

Mix together salsa and dressing. Toss lettuce, vegetables, beans, corn, chicken, and cheese with mixed dressing mixture. Place salad on plates and top with avocado and tortilla chips.
