Ingredients

    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

    1 tablespoon honey

    1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (optional)

    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground

    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground

Directions

1. Mix yogurt, honey, flaxseed, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl until well blended.

2. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
