Ingredients

1 tbsp white flour
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp applesauce
1.5 tbsp milk
Splash of vanilla, or whatever other extract you'd like to add
*Optional: 1 tsp Peanutbutter (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
In a coffee mug mix the dry ingredients thoroughly. Add chocolate chips. Add in the milk, apple sauce, and vanilla, and combing thoroughly. *If you choose to add the teaspoon of peanutbutter, simply drop it in the middle of the batter and make sure it's covered with the batter. Cook in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Enjoy! Top with low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
