1 Tortilla
45grams Tomato Paste
1/4c chopped Onion
1 Chicken Thigh shredded (boned & skinless)
160grams grated Cheese
1 medium Tomato
2 tbsp choppped Bell Pepper
3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
3/4c Pineapple Pieces
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
2. Place tortilla on an oven tray.
3. Brush the tomato paste on the tortilla.
4. Add all the toppings
5. Place in oven for approx 20mins. or to your desired crispiness.
Makes two servings. Maybe serve with a side salad for dinner.
