    2 containers V8 Garden Broccoli Soup (18.3 oz each), 1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup (98% fat free), 1 bag of Microwavable Steam Fresh Organic broccoli, 1 cup of fat free cheddar cheese.


Pour 2 boxes of V8 Garden Broccoli Soup in a pot. Add one can Cream of Broccoli Soup (98% fat free). Put one pouch of the Steam Fresh organic broccoli in the microwave for 3 minutes as directed (put pouch in a bowl to heat). Stir the broccoli soups together over medium-high heat on the stove. Once the broccoli in the microwave is done, take out the puch and cut a corner off (being careful of the steam!). Drain the water out of the package and place the cooked broccoli on a cutting board. Dice the broccoli and throw it into the pot with 1 cup of Fat Free Cheddar cheese. stir until heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle the top of the soup with cheese and serve with crackers or toasted garlic bread.
