Ingredients

    1 (15 ounce) can of black-eyed peas
    1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 ounce) can of corn, drained
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 (4 ounce) can of diced jalapenos
    1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomoatoes, drained
    1 Cup of lite or fat free Italian dressing
    1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
    2 pods of chopped garlic
    fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with italian dressing and garlic salt; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
