Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon - deboned and descaled
    1 can cream corn
    1 egg
    about 5 saltine crackers
    one onion chopped

Directions

add all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper for flavor. Bake in oven for about 1/2 hour @ 350. makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
