Introduction

A nice fresh pasta salad that I made with whatever I happened to have around my kitchen. A nice fresh pasta salad that I made with whatever I happened to have around my kitchen.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large onion, diced
    1 medium size jar of roasted red peppers, drained, rinsed and sliced
    1 small can sliced Water chestnuts, minced
    1 lb box of mini pasta, cooked and cooled
    1 small can sliced Black Olives
    1 lb spinach, steamed, dried and chopped
    1/3 cup of Olive Oil
    1/3 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt
    1 clove of garlic, minced

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a big bowl. Mix well and chill for several hours before serving. It tastes even better if made the day before
