    1 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix
    1 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp walnut oil
    1 cup blueberries

    Beat egg with milk and oil until blended. Stir in pancake mix just until wet. Add blueberries, stirring gently.


Spray a nonstick griddle lightly with oil spray (Pam). Pour approximately 1/4 mix per pancake. Cook until bubbles, flip, cook until done. Serve as desired (with fruit, syrup, agave nectar, honey, etc.)
