Introduction

A yummy change from the usual tuna salad.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    I can salmon (15 oz)
    3 T chopped onions (I like red)
    7 jumbo black olives, chopped
    3 T chopped raw celery
    3 T Hellman's light mayo
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    Dash pepper and salt (or to taste)

Directions

Drain salmon and remove any bones
Roughly chop salmon
Add remaining ingredients and stir

Makes 2 hearty servings
