Introduction

This is a simple steak quesadilla, and is delicious. I don't necessarily measure all the ingredients, so you might find you use more or less than I do. Ingredients

    3-4 oz lean steak
4 tbsp Ken's Steakhouse Lite Caesar dressing
3 tbsp oil, extra virgin olive
0.5 cup Kraft 4 cheese Mexican blend

Directions

cut steak in strips
pour 4 tbsp over steak and put in bowl (mix well).
Heat oil in pan (only 1 tbsp necessary)
Brown steak. Set aside.

Put about 1 tsp oil in clean pan and heat, spreading over bottom of pan (note if you have a non-stick pan you don't have to use oil). Put tortilla in pan, twisting to ensure entire bottom will not stick to pan.

Put 1/4 strips steak into quesadilla, along 1/2. sprinkle cheese over top. When cheese starts to melt, fold tortilla in half. When browned on one side (about 2 min), flip. When cheese sticks and brown on other side, ready. Repeat for other 3 tortillas :).

Optional: Can servie with salsa.

    O.K.
why not use olive oil, vinegar and even anchovy (which is one of the components of Ceasar dressing)? The sodium in this recipe seems really high because of the dressing. - 9/24/10
