Got a can opener? Then you can make this. Got a can opener? Then you can make this.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 can Chickpeas
    1 can Corn
    1 can Black beans
    1 can Italian Diced Tomatoes
    1 cups Colby Jack shredded cheese (opt)


Directions

Drain first 3 ingredients put in 9x13 add tomatoes to dish and mix all ingredients in pan. Top with cheese and bake @ 350 degrees until cheese melts.

I serve w/ cheese quesadillas.
