Ingredients

    5 cloves garlic, diced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 red bell peppers, sliced thin
    1 TB sriracha (or to taste)
    3 TB fish sauce
    3-4 chicken breasts (1 pk)
    1 can chopped pineapple, in juice
    1 TB honey
    1 lime
    cilantro
    pepper
    3 TB olive oil (or sesame oil)


Directions

Heat oil. Saute garlic, onions, sriracha, and fish sauce for 5 minutes. Add pineapple juice. Add chicken, and simmer until cooked almost through. Add peppers, broth, pineapple, and pepper. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. Add honey, lime, and cilantro.
