Ingredients

    * Zucchini, 8 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * *Egg white, 10 serving (remove)
    * cheese, cabots reduced fat, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, .50 tsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Romano Cheese Frigo, .50 cup (remove)
    * Dill weed, dried, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

shred zucchini, beat eggs, dill and dry ingredients add to zucchini, stir well.. add half the zucchini mix to a 9x13' pan that has been sprayed with Pam lay cheese over the top add rest of zucchini mixture.. bake at 350 for 40 min.. when toothpick comes out clean add romano to the top and bake 5 minutes more.. let sit 5-10 min before cutting

serves 9
next time i will reduce the amount of flour.. might experiment with no flour at all

I also used bacon salt as a seasoning
