This is so simple, so good - and very good for you! This is so simple, so good - and very good for you!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup fresh Strawberries, halved
    1/2 large banana (not too ripe)
    3 ice cubes crushed


Put strawberries and banana into blender. Crush 3 ice cubes and add to blender. Blend! (a friend adds 1 packet of Splenda but I think it is better without)
Blend til liquid - but leave it thick.
This is SO good and so easy! Kids love it too.
(you could use other berries and fruit too)
