Ingredients

    4 Slices of wheat bread
    2 Large Eggs
    1/2 Cup Non Fat Milk
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    2Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tsp Ginger
    1 Tsp Allspice
    1 Tsp Cloves
    1 Cup Strawberries
    2 Packets of Stevia or another sweetner
    Nonstick Olive Oil Spray

Directions

makes 2 servings two (4 slices)
Mix eggs, Milk , Brown Sugar and Spices until blended well. Heat skillett using non-stick spray. Dip the bread until saturated. Place in heated skillett and fry until brown.
in a bowl mix straberries and sweetner with 3oz of water. Microwave 45 seconds allow to cool and spoon over toast.
