Introduction

Wanted a cool yet filling healthy drink the ingredients are what I had on hand Wanted a cool yet filling healthy drink the ingredients are what I had on hand
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 pineapple rings, cut up, reseve liquid
    1 banana, chopped up or mashed
    3 servings of strawberry yogurt (about 325 g)
    2oz reserved liquid from pineapple rings
    *optional* nutribar vanilla meal replacement powder - one sccop
    water if necessary


Directions

In a blender or if using a hand held blender a tall container
combine banana, pineapple, strawberry yogurt and 2 oz of the reserved pineapple juice.
Begin to blend. If using a meal replacement powder add now with some water
continue to blend until all fruit is chopped up
Add more water if necessary until desired constincy is reached. Makes 3 servings

*fruits and yogurt can be changed to what you like.. I didnt add any additional sugars as I found this sweet enough
