Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can white beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
    2 c Pacific Foods low sodium veggie broth
    4 c water
    dried Oregano to taste
    Pesto to taste ( I use about 2 tsp)

Directions

Bring liquids and oregano to a boil. Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pesto and serve.
