Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .18 cup (remove)
    Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft, 284 grams (remove)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can (remove)

Directions

Make rice. Saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic until onions are translucent. Combine the "milk", tofu, Worcestershire, tamari, salt and pepper in the food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over the mushroom and onion mixture and simmer. Add rice or noodles and enjoy. Serves six to eight.
