Ingredients

    .5 c of chopped green bell peppers
    1 ripe plum tomato chopped
    .5 c of thinly sliced red onions
    1 medium carrot chopped
    .5 c of chopped seeded and peeled cucumber
    1 celery stalked chopped
    fresh cilantro
    1 or 2 tbsp of olive oil
    juice of 1 lime
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine all chopped ingredients
stir and add lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
