Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 Tbs extra light olive oil
    1/4 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp soy sauce
    1/4 tsp rice vinegar
    pinch of salt
    pinch of black peper
    1 Tbs garlic powder
    bag of Asian vegetable mix (peas, carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts)-I used Safeway mix

Directions

Cut up chicken breast. In a wok add oils and soy sauce and rice vinegar. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to wok. Brown chicken, add vegetables and let heat through with lid on. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice-I use brown rice. Easy and tasty!
