We really like this smoothie! We really like this smoothie!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c frozen mixed berries
    1/2 c frozen blueberries
    1 Tbl soy protien
    1 cup spinach
    1 container yogurt-any flavor or plain
    green tea

Directions

put all frozen berries in blender with yogurt. Blend, add tea to get right consistancy. add protien powder and spinach. Enjoy!
