Introduction

Super easy 3points per serving. Can substitute splenda for sugar for even lower points but for such a small amount regular sugar tastes best. Super easy 3points per serving. Can substitute splenda for sugar for even lower points but for such a small amount regular sugar tastes best.

Ingredients

    1 Can (20 oz) Pineapple Chunks
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1/3 Cup Orange Juice
    1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1 Can (11 oz) Mandarin Oranges, drained
    3 Apples unpeeled
    3 Bananas, sliced

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup of juice. In small pan combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice and lemon juice heat on medium heat and stir until thickened (pudding consistency). Remove from heat an set aside. In a large bowl put pineapple chunks, apples, oranges and bananas. Pour warm sauce over the fruit. Stir gently to coat. Cover and Refrigerate.
