Ingredients

1 cup milk
2 eggss whole
1 cup flour
1 1/8 teaspoons salt
Directions
Preheat oven and popover pan to 350.
Heat the milk over medium heat until just warmed.
Whisk the eggs together until frothy, and stir into milk slowly.
Sift together flower and salt, stir into egg and milk mixture until lumps are out.
Take the pan out of the over, grease it, pour in the mixture to about 3/4 of the way up in each cup.
Bake for 50 minutes. Serve with butter, jam, or honey.
