Introduction

I just throw these together to make my own homemade potato salad I just throw these together to make my own homemade potato salad
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    10 cups potatoes (cubed)
    1 1/2 cups Kraft Light Fat Free Mayonaise Salad Dressing
    3 TBSP Sugar
    2 stalks celery (chopped very fine/minced)
    7 teaspoons yellow mustard
    6 hard boiled eggs (large)

Directions

Boil cubed potatos until tender. Drain. Allow to thoroughly cool.
Chop 2 of the boiled eggs.
Combine mayonaise, sugar, celery, vinegar, mustard & the 2 boiled eggs in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over cooled potatoes and mix well. Put in bowl and then garnish with slices from the remaining eggs.
Keep in refrigerator overnight and/or until served.
