Couldn't wait til tomorrow, tryed some tonight, it was awesome. I added 12oz of smoked sausage to the recipe. At 2 oz that adds another 180 calories. 15g of fat,5g saturated,50mg cholesterol,660mg of sodium,5g carbs,4g sugar, and 6g of protein. That totals 310 calories, unless you eat less meat. YUM!~ - 5/17/09
