Couldn't wait til tomorrow, tryed some tonight, it was awesome. I added 12oz of smoked sausage to the recipe. At 2 oz that adds another 180 calories. 15g of fat,5g saturated,50mg cholesterol,660mg of sodium,5g carbs,4g sugar,and 6g of protein. That totals 310 calories,unless you eat less meat. YUM!~
This was a great recipe for me as I needed to include more folate in my nutrition requirements. It was so yummy too. Thanks TINK9305.
