    6 oz salmon
    2 tsp ginger root (grated)
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    4 tsp soy sauce or light soy sauce

Directions

marinate the salmon with all the rest of the ingrediants for 30 minutes and broil it for 10 minutes.
