Ingredients

    5 oz tuna steak
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp rosemary

Directions

Preheat grill or grill pan.
In mixing bowl combine olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Toss in tuna, and toss in incorporate.
If preferred season again with salt and pepper.
Sear on a very hot grill for 1 minute, both sides, and 30 seconds for the ends.
