    Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, dehydrated flakes, 2 tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Beef, round steak, 1.50 lb
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cornstarch, 1/8 cup
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Minute Rice, 1 cup

Cut beef into strips and brown them in the olive oil. Add half of the oyster sauce and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and turn down to simmer until meat is tender. Sauce will thicken. Add peppers and mushrooms cook until slightly tender. Combine cornstarch and water then stir into the meat mixture. Once well combined add broccoli and the rest of the oyster sauce. Cook until the broccoli is slightly tender but firm. Cook rice as directed on box. Each serving is 1/4 of the mixture.
