Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    *Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 3 cup (remove)
    *Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain

Put all ingredients in crockpot, add half a soup can of water and cook on low all day.
