Ingredients

1. In a big bowl, mix flou, oatmeal,1 cup of brown sugar and soda. Add butter and with two knives work the dough until you get to the lumpy consistance. Spray Pam on the bottom of your pan and spread half of this preparation by pressing on it.
2. Prepare the fruit filling. In a saucepan cook without the lid the 3 cups of fruits plus 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Let it simmer for a little while around 15 minutes. Mix the corn starch with water and pour it in the fruit mixture until it becomes thicker.
Let it cool before pouring on the 1st preparation.
3. Add the rest of the dough on the fruit and press it.
Put it in the oven at 350 oF for 35 minutes or until the top is golden.
Cut it in 35 squares and enjoy it.
Delicious.
