Ingredients

100g crushed pecan halves
100g Brown sugar
100g Wholewheat Flour
100g Oats (not instant)
2 ozs water
3 ozs 2%milk
1 Large whole egg
Directions
To make caramel bring sugar, milk and water to a boil, boil until it thickens should be a little thinner then honey
Before making Caramel mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the caramel, mix well and then add the egg
Make in to balls, each ball should be 3 teaspoons
which will make about 16 balls, use wet hands to roll the balls and then pat down in to cookie shapes roughly 2 inches and diameter
can be packed on to baking sheet with little space in between since they will not spread.
bake for 15 minutes at 350f
let them cool for about 10 minutes and store in an airtight container for up to a week
each cookie it 123 calories
