Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach (thawed)
    1 Cup Chicken or vegetable broth
    3 Cloves Garlic chopped very fine or dehydrated garlic
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 Cup evaporated fat free milk
    1/3 Cup parmesan cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Thaw spinach. Add broth, garlic, onion powder, spinach in a 1 quart saucepan. Cook until garlic and spinach are tender. Place in a food processor and process until smooth. Add back to pan and broth. Add cheese and cream to spinach mixture. warm over low heat until your pasta has cooked. Use 1/4 of sauce on pasta. You may top with a little added cheese if you would like. Also really good with toasted slivered almonds sprinkled on top.
