Introduction

I wanted something sweet but I wanted it to stay healthy and I came up with this. I wanted something sweet but I wanted it to stay healthy and I came up with this.

Ingredients

    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt

    1/4 c. soy milk (you can sub your fav milk)

    1/4 c. peaches (fresh if possible)

    1/4 c. fresh strawberries

    1/4 fresh banana

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or nutmeg

    1-2 ice cubes

Directions

Take your ingredients and put them in the MB. Blend until desired consistency.
I used my 6oz cup and the fit was rather tight, so feel free to use the larger cup.
