Directions

Pre-heat waffle iron. Beat egg whites separately until soft peaks form. Beat egg yokes and remaining ingredients in another larger bowl until smooth.

Spray pre-heated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix and cook until golden brown.
