Ingredients

1lb fresh salmon. Bake this for about a half hour first.
Approx. 15 butter crackers or any other kind you like.
1 well beaten egg
approx. 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
half teaspoon cayeen pepper
1 stalk chopped celery
1 med. carrot grated
1/4 finely chopped whie onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
minmced fresh parsley
Directions
Cook salmon first. then mix all ingredients together. Spread bread crumbs on bottom of pan and form 2 inch balls then flatten into 1 inch thick rounds. Melt 2 tspns of butter or margarine in fry pan and fry for approx 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
