This is absolutely delicious! It fills you up without that too-full feeling. It nourishes your body so you simply don't feel hungry at all. You may have to set an alarm to remind yourself to eat lunch! (I'm not kidding!) This is absolutely delicious! It fills you up without that too-full feeling. Ingredients

    2 oz dry Wheat (hard, red spring) - soaked overnight (12 hours)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 Tbs crushed fresh basil
    1 thin slice onion - minced
    9 Tbs (three servings) of Egg Beaters Egg Whites
    2 Tbs Naturally Fresh Ginger Dressing
    1 oz cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp cumin spice


Directions

YOU MUST DO AHEAD: Soak the wheat 12 hours (over night works perfectly)

Drain water from the wheat and set aside.

Heat oil over med-high heat in stick-free frying pan. Saute garlic and onion for one minute. Add Egg Beaters Egg Whites, ginger dressing, basil and wheat.

Lift and fold the ingredients with a spatula until eggs are cooked through. Remove from heat and place in bowl. Add grated cheese and sprinkle with cumin spice. Eat!
