# Atlantic Salmon (fish), 6 oz (remove)
# Apples, fresh, 0.25 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
# Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
# *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)
# Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
# Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
# Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
# Yogurt Goat Org., 80 serving (remove)
# Curry powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
# Paprika, 0.5 tsp (remove)
# Lemon Peel, 0.5 tsp (remove)
# Bread, 1 serving (remove)
# Thini org., 1 Tbsp (remove)
Directions
1.Mix apple, garlic, bread crumbs, scallions, 1 Tbsp thini, curry powder, paprika, and pepper dd salmon and break up. Shape into cakes (3/4 in. thick); place on a piece of plastic wrap.
2. Set a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. When hot, add oil, then salmon cakes. Cook until well browned on the bottom, 5 minutes. Turn cakes over and cook until browned on the other side, 3 minutes longer.
3. Serve cakes with yogurt sauce:
* yogurt
* 1 teaspoons curry powder
* 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
* 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a bowl, mix yogurt, curry powder, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, paprika, and salt to taste.
