Ingredients

    1 pkg Whole Grain Lasagna Noodles
    8 oz Chicken Italian Sausage
    2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    1 pkg Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    Your favorite meat or pasta sauce, I made mine with crushed tomatoes and sauce.
    Parmesan Cheese
    1 T Basil, dry
    1 T Garlic, minced

Makes 14-16 Servings from large roasting pan

    Thanks for sharing this! I added one egg to the ricotta mixture (to help it set) and a handful of finley chopped fresh spinach. This was comfort food of the right portion size for a healthy meal. - 6/8/09
