Ingredients

    20 oz ground beef
    1 sm. onion chopped
    4 slices cooked bacon{not to crisp}
    3 eggs
    1/2 c mayo
    1/2 c half & half cream
    8 oz chedder cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

cook bacon not to crisp,saute onion,brown beef.combine ans set aside make sure well drained and all chunks are broken up to a fine mixture.Combine all other ingred.and mix well.Press the beef mixture into 12 muffin cups,Pour the remaining ingrd.over the beef mixture and bake until brown 40 to 45 min.
